1. About AgentAccess.dk and Purpose
AgentAccess.dk is an open community directory dedicated to documenting how software agents and autonomous AI systems can connect to Danish data sources, APIs, MCP servers, and digital infrastructure products. Our mission is to promote open, machine-accessible access and interoperability in Denmark.
2. Web Analytics and Statistics (PostHog EU)
We use PostHog for general web analytics to understand how visitors interact with the directory — including which tools, categories, and documentation pages are most valuable, allowing us to continually improve content and usability.
- EU Data Residency: Our PostHog instance is hosted within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany via
eu.i.posthog.com). Your analytics data does not leave the EU. - What we measure: Aggregate pageviews, referral paths, device/browser types, navigation flows, and clicks to outbound documentation and official APIs.
- No profiling or sales: We do not build personal profiles for advertising, will never sell your data to third parties, and do not track users across external websites.
- Respect for Do Not Track (DNT): If your browser transmits a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) header, it is automatically honored.
- Legal basis: Processing is based on our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) to operate, secure, and optimize the directory.
3. Newsletter and Submissions
Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored securely in our database (Neon Postgres) solely for sending notifications about newly added Danish APIs and agent tooling via Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
Submissions & Corrections: Information submitted via the submit form or fix suggestions is processed solely to verify and publish accurate directory entries.
4. Terms of Use and Disclaimer
Informational Purpose: Information on AgentAccess.dk is provided for technical reference and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee third-party API uptime, pricing changes, or endpoint availability.
Responsible Automation & MitID: Users are responsible for complying with Danish law (including GDPR) and the respective terms of service of each data provider. We explicitly emphasize that any MitID authentication flow must remain strictly human-in-the-loop and may not be automated in violation of national identity standards.
External Links: The directory contains links to third-party portals, documentation, and GitHub repositories. AgentAccess.dk has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party platforms.
5. Your Rights and Contact
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as your newsletter subscription email), as well as the right to object to processing.
