Requires a Datafordeler account plus a separate explicit access request to Vurderingsstyrelsen for full REST/GraphQL/FTP access — not covered by generic Datafordeler signup alone. Migrate new integrations to GraphQL; REST is being retired. For a free, API-less citizen lookup by address, use vurderingsportalen.dk instead.
About
Vurderingsstyrelsen (Danish Property Assessment Agency) publishes property and land valuations — six valuation methods, queryable by valuation ID or "vurderingsejendom" key entities — as its own distinct dataset on Datafordeler, separate from Datafordeler's general signup. The REST interface is being phased out (planned end of 2026) in favor of GraphQL. Ordinary nationwide valuations have been suspended since 2013; only ad-hoc revaluations occur now. Citizens can look up their own valuation for free at Vurderingsportalen.dk, a browser-only search/map tool with no API.
